Welcome to the Deaf-Hearing Communication Centre, Inc. (DHCC), the best place to learn about equal communication access. For over 35 years, DHCC, a Pennsylvania-based non-profit organization, has served the tri-state area encompassing: Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northern Delaware, and Southern New Jersey.
DHCC offers a variety of services to bridge the communication gap between the Deaf, hard of hearing and hearing communities. We are honored to be the longest serving Interpreter Referral Department in the region and the first organization to provide a 24-Hour Emergency Interpreting Service for police and hospital emergencies.
