Heating, Cooling & Ventilation (HVAC): Heating - Heating is provided by a gas fired hot water boiler system located in the lower level of
the building. Per the Owner’s, it is a 200,000 BTU unit. Heat is delivered to the main level of the building through two (2) ceiling mounted blowers located on the
wall opposite the main entry. Two (2) additional ceiling mounted blowers are located in the lower level of the building.
Air Conditioning - The main floor laundry is centrally air conditioned by a roof top mounted air conditioning unit. It is a four (4) ton unit and was installed in 2007.
Ventilation – The dryer exhausts are vented through the wall to the rear exterior of the building. Fresh make up air is provided through metal louvers installed in three
rear windows openings that open into the service area behind the dryers.

Electric: The electrical service entry is an 800 Amp Siemens unit installed August 25, 2005.
From the service entry power is distributed into three sub panels that serve the laundry. These three panels comprise:
• A 100 Amp service panel servicing the large 75 lb dryers.
• A 200 Amp service panel that services all the remaining dryers.
• A 250 Amp service panel that services the washing machines, hot water heaters, and miscellaneous lights.

Gas Service: The building has a 2’ gas service entry line that enters into the utility room in the lower level.

Water: The building has a 2’ water service entry that enters the building in the lower level into a small room on the opposite end of the gas service entry.
